Meal Plans
A meal plan (Friday dinner; Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and Sunday breakfast and lunch) is included for all campers staying in the dorms on campus. Commuter campers can choose to purchase a meal plan or not when registering. You may also purchase meals on the spot at the cafeteria.
Special Diets
The University of Toledo is well-equipped to handle a variety of dietary needs. It is very important to let us know about your dietary restrictions or concerns in advance on the registration form so the chefs can prepare.

LINENS & BEDDING
(6/6/24 NOTE): We have just found out that, contrary to previous information we were given, linens are not provided at the dorms. Our experience at other colleges is that campers prefer to bring their own pillow, bedding/linens, towels & washcloths and we recommend that. We are working on a Plan B for those who absolutely are not able to bring their own; but for now, we don’t have access to linens.  All campers must bring their own shampoo, shower gel, soap, drinking cup, and any other personal bathroom/nighttime items they may need.

EXTRA NIGHTS LODGING?
If it makes your travel plans easier, there is limited lodging available on both the night before camp and the night after for $55 per person per night. Please make your arrangements as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs. For those wishing to stay Thursday evening, you will need to contact us in advance at midwestukecamp@gmail.com to arrange getting into your room (arrival is pre-registration).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Until May 19, 2024, your deposit is fully refundable. For cancellations beginning 12:01 AM on May 20, 2024, everything is refunded except $100. For cancellations made on or after June 30, 2024, everything is refunded except $200. There are no refunds for cancellations that take place after midnight July 18, 2024, or for those students who simply fail to show up to Camp with no notice.

If you have any questions or concerns that you would prefer to address by phone, send an email to midwestukecamp@gmail.com with your phone number and suggested times to call. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

REVISED COVID POLICY & PROTOCOLS
MUC strongly recommends that all participants get vaccinated against COVID-19, including with the most recent booster. MUC 2024 will follow any CDC guidelines that are present at the time of camp. Midwest Uke and Harmonica Camp will adhere to all protocols regarding masking laid out by the University of Toledo and the State of Ohio. At this time there are no masking requirements.
